Tevita Kaitu'u is a man of many talents hailing from the beautiful islands of Kiribati. Not only is he a successful dentist, but he is also an accomplished musician and proud family man. Despite living in a bustling city, he manages to stay connected to his roots through his love of traditional Kiribati dance and food. Tevita is passionate about providing affordable dental care to his community and his patients attest to his gentle touch and professionalism.

What inspired you to become a dentist?

Growing up in Kiribati, access to basic healthcare was limited. I saw how oral health issues affected my family and community members and I wanted to make a difference. That's when I decided to pursue dentistry.

What is your favorite thing about Kiribati?

I love the strong sense of community and connection to nature. Everyone knows everyone and there's always a helping hand when you need it. And of course, the ocean is always at your doorstep.
